DC Guide License Experience - Part III

Rhonda Briel completed the grueling process of obtaining her Washington, DC, Tour Guide License late in 2007. In Part III, Rhonda gives her opinion of whether you’ll need in-depth training to pass, all the forms you’ll need before going to the DCRA, and the importance of having the DC License.

Thanks Tom and Rhonda for an EXCELLENT series of video podcasts on getting a DC license. I am just getting ready to begin this arduous process and your candid remarks and invaluable information will serve me well.

Best of luck with your journey Peggy and be sure to ask questions of our group here, many of whom are already DC-Licensed. It is a frustrating process but very much worth it in the final analysis. I agree that Rhonda did an excellent job explaining the process.

Thanks, Tom. I’m lucky to have my sister (Anita Ehler) as my main support person and cheerleader! I’ll let you know how my adventure is going with the DCRA.
